RETURNS
Customers have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you purchased the item directly, we will have your order information already. If you received your item as a gift, please include the name of the person who purchased it for you so that we can find the order in our online system.

Please note that customers returning items must pay for return shipping. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
As a small independent studio, a store credit will be held for you equal to the amount of your purchase (minus shipping). Please check “My Account” for more information on store credits and how they work.
REFUNDS
While purchases are not subject to refunds, we will carry a store credit for the purchase amount (excluding shipping) for you to use. This credit does not expire. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know whether a store credit was applied to your account. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited to your ICS account.
